Jazz in the Gardens of Setúbal City is organized by Municipality of Setúbal. Next September 18 ,will happen another concert with the band Jazz Class Dámson, with the famous songs of this kind of music .

The event will happen on Parque do Bonfim and will start at 6 pm. This gig makes part of Bocage Commemorations .

This is an amazing weekend with such great activities. Since Scuba Diving to Hiking, our special atention goes to São Torpes Beach, with the 5th stage of the Deeply Surf Circuit 2001.

This event will have the best national surfers sub-18, sub-16, sub-14 and sub-12 , which will compete for a amazing classification on this competition. Looking the forecast weather seems that organization will have amazing conditions during the weekend (started today).

São Torpes Beach on Municipality of Sines is well known by his fantastic conditions for the practise of water sports, besides surf we can see also kitesurfers, another amazing sport. 

Herdade da Comporta Wine Tasting, Évora Boat

August 26 will be another amazing day to make a tour at the Évora Boat. Starting in Tróia and then Setúbal at Docapesca, will be the beginning to a small journey crossing the Sado River and tasting the amazing wines of Herdade da Comporta .

Setúbal, 13th Festival of Theatre

Will start tomorrow the 13th edition Festival of Theatre and will end on the next 28 August. Several shows will be happen at Setúbal in different points of the city. organized by Teatro Estudio Fontenova this ten days event is another key point of the activities in the city of Setúbal, Portugal.

Monestary of Jesus

Located in Setúbal the Monestary of Jesus is one of the greatest treasures of the Setúbal region with Manueline style. It is classified as a National Monument. The Convent of Jesus building was founded in 1490 by the nursemaid of king D. Manuel the 1st: Justa Rodrigues Pereira.

The amazing Gothic Church presents a sumptuous interior and was the very first attempt of an hall church in Portugal . Three naves with vaults with the same height, allows an uniform illumination of the interior. The Church is famous for its lovely twisted columns built in one typical rock of this charming Arrábida region named “brecha”.
